Operation on public property

Sec. 27. An individual may not operate a vehicle: (1) on public property without the consent of the state or an agency of the state; or (2) in a United States forest without the consent of the United States Forest Service. [Pre-1995 Recodification Citation: 14-1-3-16(b).]
