Sec. 25. (a) All law enforcement officers in Indiana shall enforce this chapter. (b) The attorney general and prosecuting attorneys have concurrent power to approve, file, and prosecute an affidavit charging a violation of this chapter. [Pre-1995 Recodification Citation: 14-1-3-16(a) part.]
