Legislative intent

Sec. 1. It is the general intent and purpose of the general assembly in enacting this chapter to promote: (1) safety for persons and property; (2) responsible enjoyment in and connected with the use and operation of off-road vehicles and snowmobiles; and (3) understanding consistent with the rights of all the citizens of Indiana.
