Sec. 5. The department may adopt rules under IC 4-22-2 that vary from equipment and operational standards specified in this article with respect to water over which Indiana has concurrent jurisdiction with the United States or another state. [Pre-1995 Recodification Citation: 14-1-1-7(b).]
