Sec. 5. (a) Before March 2 of each year, the department shall: (1) file a report with the governor concerning any business required to correct a violation under section 1 of this chapter during the preceding year; and (2) make the report available for public inspection.       (b) The report must include a summary of: (1) violations; (2) corrections for violations; and (3) penalties; imposed for each business.
