Sec. 7. Any powers granted to the commission by this chapter shall be construed as in aid of and supplemental to and not as a limitation upon any of the powers vested in the commission by any of the following: (1) Other laws of the state. (2) The laws of any of the other states in the compact other than Indiana. (3) The United States Congress. (4) The terms of the compact.
