Sec. 12. (a) A Commission member or alternate appointed by the governor under section 11 of this chapter is entitled to the following: (1) The minimum salary per diem as provided in IC 4-10-11-2.1 (b) while performing duties under this chapter. (2) Reimbursement for traveling expenses and other expenses actually incurred in connection with the member's duties, as provided in the state policies and procedures established by the Indiana department of administration and approved by the budget agency. (b) Per diems and expenses under this section shall be paid from money appropriated to the department of environmental management. [Pre-1996 Recodification Citation: 13-5-9-12.]
