Sec. 5. The board or an officer or employee designated by the board may contract for the following: (1) The purchase of supplies in accordance with IC 5-22 . (2) Labor for a work in accordance with IC 36-1-12 . [Pre-1996 Recodification Citation: 13-3-2-13.]
