Sec. 13. The department shall provide notice of the filing of a lien to the owner of the property if the owner can be identified. If the owner of record cannot be identified, the department shall notify the tenant or other person having control of the property. [Pre-1996 Recodification Citation: 13-7-8.7-10.7(c).]
