Sec. 5. (a) The commission shall meet as follows: (1) At least one (1) time every three (3) months. (2) At the call of the chairman. (b) A majority of the members constitutes a quorum for the authority to conduct business. [Pre-1996 Recodification Citation: 13-7-36-6.]
