Sec. 4. The expenses of administering the provisions of this article that are funded by the ELTF, including: (1) IC 13-23-8 ; (2) IC 13-23-9 ; (3) IC 13-23-11 ; and (4) IC 13-23-12 ; shall be paid from money in the ELTF. [Pre-1996 Recodification Citation: 13-7-20-31(d).]
