Quorum; meetings

Sec. 6. (a) The board must have a quorum to transact business. Five (5) members constitute a quorum.       (b) An affirmative vote of the majority of members present is required for the board to take action.       (c) The board shall meet upon: (1) the request of the chairperson; or (2) the written request of three (3) of the board's members.       (d) A meeting must be held not later than fourteen (14) days after a request is made.
