Sec. 6. On adopting a resolution ordering the issuance of waste management district bonds, the board shall certify a copy of: (1) the resolution; and (2) the approval; to the controller of the district, who shall prepare the bonds. [Pre-1996 Recodification Citation: 13-9.5-9-3(e).]
