Public meetings; advisory committee

Sec. 5. (a) An advisory committee established under IC 13-21-3-11 must conduct at least one (1) regularly scheduled public meeting each month before reporting to the board on any matter.       (b) After a board adopts a district plan, the advisory committee appointed by the board shall meet as follows: (1) At least four (4) times each year. (2) At the request of the board.       (c) Public comments shall be taken at each advisory committee meeting. [Pre-1996 Recodification Citation: 13-9.5-4-2(e).]
