Sec. 1. Each district shall adopt and submit to the commissioner for approval a district solid waste management plan that meets: (1) the requirements of this chapter; and (2) the criteria and other elements set forth in the state plan. [Pre-1996 Recodification Citation: 13-9.5-4-1.]
