Sec. 3. Within thirty (30) days after adopting an ordinance establishing a joint district and approving an agreement governing the operation of the joint district, a county shall provide the commissioner with a copy of the agreement. [Pre-1996 Recodification Citation: 13-9.5-2-3.]
