Sec. 6. An action to contest: (1) the validity of the fees adopted; or (2) the procedure by which the fees were adopted; must be brought within thirty (30) days following the adoption of the fees under section 5 of this chapter. [Pre-1996 Recodification Citation: 13-9.5-9-2(f).]
