Sec. 7. An action to: (1) contest the validity of the bonds; or (2) prevent the issuance of the bonds; must be brought within thirty (30) days following the first publication of public notice of the adoption of the resolution authorizing the bonds. [Pre-1996 Recodification Citation: 13-9.5-9-14.]
