Emergency resolution authorizing use of landfill

Sec. 4. If an emergency exists, the county executive of a county may, by resolution or order: (1) waive the prohibition under section 2 of this chapter; and (2) allow vegetative matter resulting from landscaping maintenance and land clearing projects to be deposited in the solid waste landfill; for not more than ninety (90) days.
