Vehicle operator must identify the origin of solid waste to disposal facility

Sec. 2. Upon transporting solid waste in a vehicle to a final disposal facility in Indiana for disposal, the operator of the vehicle shall identify to the owner or operator of the facility the origin of the solid waste by: (1) county and state, if the solid waste originated in the United States; or (2) country, if the solid waste originated outside the United States.
