Sec. 5. A grant awarded under this chapter: (1) may not exceed fifty percent (50%) of the total eligible costs estimated in a grant application; and (2) must be matched by an applicant's financial or in kind contributions. [Pre-1996 Recodification Citation: 13-7-33-10.]
