Sec. 15. The department shall operate a waste tire education program to inform the public concerning the following issues: (1) Proper waste tire management procedures. (2) Methods to minimize the production of waste tires, including information concerning the advantages of using retreaded tires. [Pre-1996 Recodification Citation: 13-7-23-19.]
