Sec. 1.5. (a) The board may adopt rules under IC 4-22-2 and IC 13-14-9 establishing standards for the reclamation and reuse of treated wastewater. (b) The rules adopted under subsection (a): (1) must protect state waters and public health; (2) may concern multiple categories of reuse; and (3) may create a permitting process.
