Sec. 2. This chapter, IC 13-13-5-1 (1), and IC 13-13-5-2 : (1) do not amend, alter, or repeal any provision of the water pollution control laws; and (2) are supplemental to the other provisions of the water pollution control laws. [Pre-1996 Recodification Citation: 13-1-4-4.]
