Sec. 3. The commissioner shall certify persons as to their qualifications to supervise successfully the operation of: (1) water treatment plants; (2) water distribution systems; and (3) wastewater treatment plants. [Pre-1996 Recodification Citation: 13-1-6-3(a).]
