Sec. 13. The board shall adopt rules under IC 4-22-2 and IC 13-14-9 that are necessary to carry out the intent of this chapter. The rules must include the following: (1) Provisions establishing the basis for classification of water treatment plants, water distribution systems, and wastewater treatment plants. (2) Provisions establishing qualifications of applicants and procedures for examination of candidates. (3) Provisions concerning fees for certification examinations. (4) Other provisions that are necessary for the administration of this chapter. [Pre-1996 Recodification Citation: 13-1-6-7.]
