Sec. 2. Subject to section 3 of this chapter, a person may open burn clean petroleum products for the purpose of maintaining or repairing railroad tracks, including the railroad rights-of-way. A person may not open burn railroad ties. [Pre-1996 Recodification Citation: 13-1-1.2-2.]
