Sec. 9. The commissioner may do the following: (1) Inspect the site of an asbestos project: (A) during the project; or (B) after the project is completed. (2) Conduct an investigation of an asbestos project upon: (A) the commissioner's own initiation; or (B) the receipt of a complaint by a person. [Pre-1996 Recodification Citation: 13-1-1-21.]
