Sec. 2. For categories established under section 1 of this chapter, the department shall recommend rules to establish an enforceable operating agreement program. The program established under this section may apply to some or all of the sources or facilities within the categories. Rules adopted under this section must be approved by the United States Environmental Protection Agency. [Pre-1996 Recodification Citation: 13-10-4-2(c).]
