Sec. 7. Except as provided in IC 13-14-6 , the commissioner may issue orders to: (1) secure compliance with: (A) this title; or (B) any applicable rule of a board; and (2) assess civil penalties. [Pre-1996 Recodification Citation: 13-7-5-8.]
