Sec. 5. The board shall adopt rules requiring the execution of a confidentiality agreement with persons employed, contracted, or subcontracted by the department that is enforceable by: (1) the state; and (2) the submitter of the information. [Pre-1996 Recodification Citation: 13-7-16-3(d).]
