Sec. 2. The department shall conduct a program of continuing surveillance and inspection of the following: (1) Solid waste management sites. (2) Actual or threatened sources of environmental pollution by contamination, radiation, odor, or noise. [Pre-1996 Recodification Citation: 13-7-3-3.]
