Sec. 6. The chairperson of the legislative council shall appoint the chair of the panel from the members appointed under section 2(1) or 2(2) of this chapter. The chair of the panel serves at the pleasure of the chairperson of the legislative council. The panel shall meet at the call of the chair of the panel.
