Sec. 92. "Groundwater monitoring well", for purposes of IC 13-20-21 and IC 13-22-12 , means a device required by a permit condition or applicable rule to monitor the quality of groundwater during a twelve (12) month period. [Pre-1996 Recodification Citations: 13-7-16.1-2(b); 13-7-16.1-3(d).]
