Sec. 88. "Garbage", for purposes of environmental management laws, means all putrescible animal solid, vegetable solid, and semisolid wastes resulting from the: (1) processing; (2) handling; (3) preparation; (4) cooking; (5) serving; or (6) consumption; of food or food materials.
