Sec. 7. "Alternative PCB technology", for purposes of IC 13-17-10 , means a technology for the treatment and disposal of PCB that presents: (1) an actual; or (2) a potential; alternative to incineration. [Pre-1996 Recodification Citation: 13-7-16.5-9(a).]
