Sec. 63. "Eligible state", for purposes of IC 13-29-1 , means a state qualified to be a party state to the Midwest Interstate Compact on Low-Level Radioactive Waste as provided in Article VIII of the compact. [Pre-1996 Recodification Citation: 13-5-9-2 part.]
