Indiana Code § 13-11-2-49

"Damage"

Sec. 49. "Damage", for purposes of IC 13-24-2 , means damage of any kind for which liability may exist under Indiana law: (1) resulting from; (2) arising out of; or (3) related to; the discharge or threatened discharge of oil. [Pre-1996 Recodification Citation: 13-7-12-4(b).]
