Indiana Code § 13-11-2-265.7

"Wetlands"

Sec. 265.7. "Wetlands", for purposes of IC 13-18 , means areas that are inundated or saturated by surface or ground water at a frequency and duration sufficient to support, and that under normal circumstances do support, a prevalence of vegetation typically adapted for life in saturated soil conditions. Wetlands generally include: (1) swamps; (2) marshes; (3) bogs; and (4) similar areas.
