Sec. 262. "Water supply permit", for purposes of IC 13-18-20 , refers to a NPDES permit issued to a facility collecting, treating, or distributing water from: (1) wells; (2) reservoirs; (3) lakes; (4) rivers; (5) sources of supply; (6) pumps; (7) mains; (8) pipes; (9) facilities; or (10) structures; through which potable water is obtained, treated as required, and provided to water users.
