Sec. 252. "Waste tire transporter", for purposes of IC 13-20-14 , means a person who engages in the business of: (1) accepting waste tires; and (2) transporting the waste tires to one (1) or more other locations. [Pre-1996 Recodification Citation: 13-7-23.2-8.]
