"Used oil"

Sec. 243. "Used oil", for purposes of IC 13-21-5-14 and environmental management laws, means a petroleum based or synthetic oil that has been used. The term includes oil that has been used for the following purposes: (1) Lubricant for engines, turbines, or gears. (2) Hydraulic fluid, including transmission fluid. (3) Metal working fluid, including cutting, grinding, machining, rolling, stamping, quenching, and coating oil. (4) Insulating fluid or coolants.
