Sec. 230.1. "Television", for purposes of this chapter and IC 13-20.5 , means an electronic device that is: (1) a cathode ray tube or flat panel display; and (2) primarily intended to receive: (A) video programming via broadcast, cable, or satellite transmission; or (B) video from surveillance or other similar cameras.
