Sec. 219. "State", for purposes of IC 13-29-1 , means a state of the United States, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, or any other territorial possession of the United States. [Pre-1996 Recodification Citation: 13-5-9-2 part.]
