Sec. 214. "Source reduction", for purposes of IC 13-17-7 and IC 13-21 , means a reduction in the amount of solid waste generated that is achieved through actions affecting the source of the solid waste. [Pre-1996 Recodification Citation: 13-9.5-1-30.]
