Indiana Code § 13-11-2-200

"Sewage"

Sec. 200. "Sewage", for purposes of environmental management laws, means all refuse, human excreta, garbage, waste or waste products, or any combination of these substances that: (1) is potentially capable of contaminating the environment; and (2) may be collected and carried off in a pipe, ditch, or channel.
