Indiana Code § 13-11-2-197

"Secondary containment structure"

Sec. 197. "Secondary containment structure", for purposes of IC 13-18-5 , means a structure or a part of a structure that prevents or impedes a hazardous material that is released accidentally from entering surface water or groundwater. [Pre-1996 Recodification Citation: 13-1-3-19(c).]
