Indiana Code § 13-11-2-192

"Responsible person"

Sec. 192. (a) "Responsible person", for purposes of IC 13-24-1 , means a person who has caused a release at a petroleum facility.       (b) "Responsible person", for purposes of IC 13-25-4 , means a person that is: (1) liable to: (A) the United States government; (B) the state; or (C) any other person; under Section 107 of CERCLA (42 U.S.C. 9607); or (2) liable to the state under IC 13-25-4-8 .       (c) "Responsible person", for purposes of IC 13-18-16-7.5 , has the meaning set forth in IC 13-18-16-7.5 (a).
