Sec. 176. "Public notice", for purposes of IC 13-21 , means the following: (1) For a county or a county solid waste management district, a notice published by the district board of directors in accordance with IC 5-3-1 , following procedures applicable to a county. (2) For a joint solid waste management district, a notice published by the board of directors in each county in the district in accordance with IC 5-3-1 , following procedures applicable to a county.
