Sec. 153. "Party", for purposes of IC 13-25-4-23 , means a person that: (1) is potentially a responsible person; and (2) enters into an agreement with the commissioner under IC 13-25-4-23 or IC 13-7-8.7-11 (before its repeal). [Pre-1996 Recodification Citation: 13-7-8.7-11(a).]
